How do I restore my Pro subscription?

If you reinstall the app or switch to a new phone, open the Paywall Screen inside the app and tap "Restore Purchase". Your transaction will be re-validated with the App Store/Play Store.

ZenAIya™'s game review is taking too long to load. What should I do?

Conversational reviews are powered by active cloud serverless endpoints. If the review is loading slowly, verify that your internet connection is stable. If the issue persists, our AI server may be experiencing high demand; please wait a minute and tap "Retry".

Where is my game history saved?

If you are logged into your account, all game moves and AI analysis notes are safely stored in our secure database cloud. If you are playing offline as a guest, games are saved locally on your device.
