Welcome to ZenAIya™ Chess. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZenAIya™ Chess mobile application and website (collectively, the "Services"), operated by ZenAIya™ LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Services (such as syncing game history and accessing premium coaching), you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services (including software, UI designs, logos, graphics, assets, and the proprietary AI coach "ZenAIya™") are the sole and exclusive property of ZenAIya™ LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and play ZenAIya™ Chess for personal, non-commercial use only.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain coaching and analysis limits can be unlocked through purchasing a Pro Subscription.

  • Billing: Subscriptions and purchases are billed through your Apple ID (App Store) or Google Account (Google Play Store).
  • Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled through your device store settings at least 24 hours prior to renewal.
  • Refunds: All refund requests must be processed directly through Apple or Google, subject to their respective refund policies.

4. Permitted and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the codebase or assets of ZenAIya™ Chess.
  • Exploit our API connections (including the xAI Grok proxy server) for purposes other than playing the game as intended.
  • Use bots, automated scripts, or cheat engines when playing games.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. In no event shall ZenAIya™ LLC, its members, or employees, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
